Sometimes we get so caught up trying to change the world with big things that we overlook the simple ones.  It happens to the best of us.

We’ve been operating this business platform for three years now.  Over that time, we’ve added a ton of things to it.  However, when doing a quick audit of our features we just realized on glaring hole.  Something that’s so core to our system and obvious - I’m embarassed to even say it wasn’t one of the first things we built:

The Control Panel Virtual Terminal

Now, you can check out guests and members alike from our control panel charge terminal.  

For members, you can add items to an invoice which you can choose to close out at a later time.  This way you can consolidate all of the $1.50 waters into one invoice - helping you save a tremendous amount of money on small charge fees.

To use this feature for members, simply find the link on the right rail of a member screen entitled “Add Charge”.

For non-members you can quickly and easily charge them for items they want to purchase.   This way you can keep your payments in one system, and have receipts and accounting stay on point.

To use the virtual terminal for a guest, look under the Products tab of the menu.
