The PushPress Support system has launched and we’re busy populating the help desk with the most frequently asked questions we get.
The system also has a ticketing request system which will help us manage your issues/concerns/questions better. Please try to get in the habit of using this system by either:
- Sending an email to support@pushpress.com (you can CC your personal contact as well).
- OR going to http://pushpress.freshdesk.com and entering a new ticket.
By doing one of these two steps, you will ensure that the issue is tracked. With modern communication including text, email, phone, iMessage, fb Messenger, and so many more forms - it’s pretty impossible to track all requests coming from all channels. Doing it all here will greatly improve our ability to serve your requests in a fast manner! Thank you!
